Bodegas Simbolo emerge as trade mark in 2004

Bodegas Simbolo was born in the heart of La Mancha region in 1964 as the result of the initiative of 59 winegrowers in Campo de Criptana county. Nowadays more than 400 winegrowers work on the development of their best- quality grapes which define the wines ranges of Simbolo, Siete Molinos and Viña Cantillos. The cellar counts with more than 60 years of experience managing vineyards, elaborating wines and introducing new wine- making processes.

The cellar has set special emphasis in the elaboration of wines express the potential of La Mancha region and the distinctive varietal expression of its land.
The result of this passion for quality is modern and innovative wines. The wine quality has been awarded repeatedly by the Regulatory Council of La Mancha appellation of origin, Tempranillos al Mundo Awards, and Bacchus International Awards, among others.
