Wine with appellation of origin D.O. La Mancha, 100% airen varietal, and an alcoholic percentage between 11 – 12.5º depending on the vintage.
Its color is pale yellow and bright.It has a medium / high aromatic intensity with memories of citrus and tropical fruit, especially banana and a hint of mango.
When tasting it is frank, fruity, round and possesses a pleasant, nice long finish.
Recommended serving temperature between 6º and 8º. Best tasted with elaborated rice, fresh fish, fruit salads, and light meat and cheese.
